Abrasive Separators

TRINCO™ ABRASIVE SEPARATORS
Trinco abrasive separators are designed to keep media free of contaminants. During blasting, media is suctioned into the abrasive separator, where the dust and contaminants are removed and exhausted into a filter bag or optional deluxe dust collector. The cleaned media then returns to the cabinet for reblasting. This media is more efficient and provides more consistent results. This system is ideal for blasting painted, rusted, and corroded parts.


300 CFM ABRASIVE SEPARATOR
Is available on Models 36 through 48x24/Split Level.
Is suited for medium to heavy amounts of blasting where media   
     separation ** is needed.
Is suited for use with glass beads or other "fine" media only.


600 CFM ABRASIVE SEPARATOR
Is available on Models 40x40/Split Level and larger.
Is suited for medium to heavy amounts of blasting where media separation** is          
     needed.
Is suited for most types of media including glass beads and aluminum oxide.
  450 CFM ABRASIVE SEPARATOR
Is available on Models 36 through 48x30/Split Level.
Is suited for medium to heavy amounts of blasting where media separation** is needed.
Is suited for most types of media including glass beads and aluminum oxide.
