Cleaning
• . . precision parts such as small gears; stampings, forgings and extruding dies;
molds for glass, plastic, rubber, and metal castings; pistons, valves, cylinder heads;
windings, armatures, brushes and rotors in the overhaul of electric motors and generators;
machine parts, etc.
Removing
• . . heat treat scale; carbon deposits; slag, oxides and discolorations;
scale from high speed drills and other cutting tools; light machining burrs; paint,
varnish and lacquer, etc.
Preparing
surfaces for painting, plating, anodizing, welding and bonding of coatings.
Peening
to increase fatigue resistance of critical parts; to increase resistance of parts which
operate in a corrosive environment; to stress relieve weld points, etc.
Reclaiming
rusted tools; used files; saw blades; hardware parts.
Finishing
to provide decorative quality finish for the automotive, appliance, photographic, and
jewelry industries; to improve appearance of castings by removal of scale and thin edges,
and blending of minor defects; dimpling surfaces to improve adhesion for plastic, rubber

• Ruggedly built of 14 gauge welded steel
• Heavyweight rubber gloves, neoprene gloves optional
• Easy change window frame merely loosen a few wing nuts
• Safety designed foot valve blasting control for ease of operation
• Tungsten carbide nozzle and air jet
• 8” armholes on all models 40”x 40” and larger and on all direct
pressure cabinets.
In addition all Master models include:
• Fluorescent lighting to eliminate shadows and minimize energy consumption
• Large 12” x 24” safety glass windows for excellent visibility and
increased efficiency
• Air pressure regulator and gauge
• Double floor - 1/8” expanded steel plus carbon screen |
